To make your experience worry-free, we cover return shipping and exchanges — so you can try Freeplay footwear with total peace of mind.
7-Day Free Trial Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, products must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Cases
We will not be able to process returns or refunds if:
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The product has been worn, damaged, or is not in original packaging
- The order was placed during an Exclusive Sale (except for size issues, where we will assist with an exchange subject to availability)
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable if you decide to return a product.
